When we begin working together, there are two signatures I'll need to ask for, and these are for my Cancellation Policy and my Disclaimer.
By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to comply with the cancellation policy and disclaimer listed below.
My clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24-hours' notice.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours' notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.
Sessions booked online:
If you need to cancel a session which has already been paid through my website, there will be a 10% cancellation fee which will be deducted from the refund to cover the administration costs.
If you need to cancel your paid "Initial Consultation", there will be a 50% cancellation fee deducted from your refund because I prepare myself before the first meeting to create your spiritual examination board.
I, the undersigned, understand that Spiritual & Energy Healings are complimentary healing modalities that in no way substitute for medical interventions, body therapy, or psychotherapy. I also understand that my Healing Practitioner (Rainer J. Antut) may make suggestions for self-care as well as appropriate referrals.
I acknowledge that open communication is promoted between Rainer J. Antut and myself to enhance a mutual understanding and acceptance of the energy work provided during the treatment setting.
Results will vary depending on each individual’s response patterns. Although there are no known harmful effects from this type of intervention, I hold my Healing Practitioner (Rainer J. Antut) blameless from any possible effects I might experience, such as physical or emotional discomfort, and agree to take full responsibility for my self-care and personal development. I am in control of my own body and I can stop treatment at any time.
